SERVICES AVAILABILITY
We predominantly serve clients within a 20-mile radius of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
ENGAGEMENT
Prior to commencing any organizing project, a signed Service Agreement is mandatory. Timetables are established through mutual consensus.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Given the sensitive nature of our work and the significant trust it necessitates from our clients, we ensure absolute confidentiality. We strictly adhere to the National Association of Professional Organizers Code of Ethics, prioritizing confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.

Tip: Fulfilling any assigned tasks between organizing sessions can lead to cost savings.
TRAVEL
The first 10 miles (round trip) of travel are complimentary. Beyond that, travel is invoiced at $1.50 per mile. If this information hasn’t been explicitly communicated to you in writing by our office, you are not liable for travel expenses.
Travel time between job sites is chargeable at our standard hourly rate.
Travel fees may be waived at our discretion.
PAYMENT METHODS & TERMS
We accept payment via debit or credit card, cash, Venmo, or CashApp. Payment is due in full upon completion of each organizing session. Payment for weekly or bi-weekly Personal Assistance is due at the beginning of each month.
BILLABLE SERVICES
Billable services encompass meetings at a client’s premises, phone consultations (beyond the complimentary introductory call), electronic correspondence, and off-site work on behalf of the client.
EXPENSES
Direct service-related expenses, including but not limited to, copying, messenger services, shipping, delivery charges, parking, tolls, and other transportation costs, are the client’s responsibility. These will be invoiced at the time of service if not provided directly by the client.
SUPPLIES
Clients are accountable for purchasing all agreed-upon supplies (e.g., file folders, labels, storage containers) essential for project completion. We may suggest supplies for purchase, and clients will either procure them or authorize us to shop on their behalf.
Our standard hourly rate applies for shopping and returns.
MINIMUM APPOINTMENT DURATION
A minimum of 5 hours per appointment is required. Shorter sessions often yield suboptimal results based on our experience.
CANCELLATIONS
We value your time and request the same courtesy. Once an appointment is booked, the allocated time slot is reserved exclusively for you. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we kindly ask for at least (2) business days’ notice to accommodate other clients.
Cancellations made within (2) business days of the scheduled appointment (excluding genuine emergencies or severe illness) are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This fee must be settled within (7) days of cancellation and prior to scheduling any future appointments. Waivers or adjustments to this fee are at our discretion.
SITE ACCESS
Clients acknowledge control of the job site(s) and agree to grant us access for the duration of the project.
SERVICE PERFORMANCE & GUARANTEE
Clients must be present during organizing sessions and participate in the projects, unless otherwise agreed upon. Other adults (18 years or older) whose space is involved (e.g., family members) should attend the initial consultation.
Clients must ensure minimal interruptions during sessions by making arrangements for incoming calls, visitors, childcare, etc.
We will not dispose of any items without the client’s authorization. While we assist in decision-making, the ultimate choice lies with the client. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the disposal of records or personal effects. Clients agree to make final decisions regarding item disposition.
We commit to implementing proposed solutions within a reasonable timeframe, as agreed upon with the client.
Note: While organizing may include basic cleaning, we are not a cleaning service and do not undertake comprehensive cleaning tasks.
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If expectations are not met, we will schedule a complimentary session to address any necessary adjustments.
All claims must be submitted in writing within two business days of session completion. Failure to do so implies full acceptance of the completed work.
CLIENT REPRESENTATION
Upon request, we will act as the client’s representative with other service providers (e.g., installers, movers, contractors). However, clients must directly engage with these providers. We assume no liability for the actions or performance of other service providers.
REASONABLE CARE
We exercise reasonable care in executing our duties. We do not accept responsibility for any damage to a client’s property not directly resulting from our gross negligence. Clients should provide a list of specific items they do not want us, or our agents, to handle or move.
In fulfilling our organizing services, clients agree to absolve us of liability and grant us, or our agents, full discretion in handling and disposing of papers, files, and property.
Clients agree to limit aggregate liability to the amount of fees charged.
RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to withdraw from a project at any time due to unsafe conditions, client agreement breaches (e.g., non-payment), or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are requested to secure firearms from work areas before commencement.
COMPENSATION TERMS
Clients agree to all compensation terms, including advance payment, cancellation fees, accepted payment methods, late fees, and collection costs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Clients acknowledge our intellectual property rights and agree not to infringe upon them.
PHOTOGRAPHS & TESTIMONIALS
Clients grant us permission to use provided testimonials and before-and-after photos in our marketing materials, without remuneration. Clients will be identified using first name, last initial, location, and project type or an alias, if preferred. We assure that client information will not be used for unlawful or objectionable purposes.
